Kirsten Muckstadt and Robert Dempsey are Regional Advocacy Specialists at the New York State Office of Mental Health’s Office of Consumer Affairs, based at the Western New York Field Office. We are people with lived experience within the Mental Health System. We offer a variety of training opportunities in Behavioral Health and can bring invaluable expertise to your agency. All training is free and delivered at your program site. We can also develop customized training to suit your needs.
