I appreciate the focus on strengths based feedback as a supervisor from all the subject matter experts. As a former peer supporter, I give great strengths feedback to my peers. I haven’t ever had this type of supervision so I tend to supervise by getting to the point. I provide strength-based supervision, but not always at the beginning of our conversations. I will do this from now on. I enjoyed this course very much.
