Peer Specialist
Job Summary
The Jewish Board’s Community Behavioral Health programs provide compassionate, evidence-based care using a culturally competent, person-centered approach. The Peer Specialist engages clients through lived experience to build trust, support recovery, and overcome barriers to treatment and community integration. Responsibilities include individual support, advocacy, collaboration with providers, and progress tracking. Candidates must have lived experience with substance use, CRPA certification, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
