Green, green the grass is so green
All the tree leaves have turned green
And the clouds are so low
We can touch them, and so
Come to the park, see it,  green.

Green, green is burstin’ alive
Come out of our daytime dream
Now run to the very top of the hill
Open our minds, to color green.

Til the cow in the farms line my way home
Til the stars are above me and find me alone
When the sun comes a peekin’, I’ll still be waitin’.

For green, green the grass is so green
And all the tree leaves have turned green
While the hills are shinin’ with the sun’s yellow haze
Come to the park, see it, green.

Green, green is burstin’ alive
Come out of our daytime dream
Now run to the very top of the hill
And open our minds, to color green.
